Customers are free to return any item purchased (except products on sale which includes items bought on free shipping offers).
Should the actual shipping costs be more than 5 $ (3 €) superior to the amount calculated here, we may ask you a supplement payment of the difference to cover the shipping costs. We are operating as a small production business and pay just & fair prices at all production levels. That makes it hard for us to compete with products made in exploitive sweatshops, so we are operating at a very narrow calculated profit margin. So in order for us to keep the prices for you as low as now, we kindly ask for overstanding for this.
Orders may take from 1-2 weeks to be received. If your item is in stock, which normally should be the case, when you order, it will be shipped within 2 business day. Generally allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.
